A WB Cancellation:

The WB has pulled the dating series "Elimidate Deluxe" off its schedule after two episodes due to the show's poor ratings performance, confirmed a network spokesman.

The cancellation of show is timed right as the network heads into November sweeps, a time when low ratings are particularly undesirable. In its premiere on Thursday, Oct. 11, the dating show pulled a low 1.5 household rating/2 share, pulling a 1.3/2 for its second episode on Oct. 25.

She's CHARMED!

It's Official - There's a new witch on "Charmed." People magazine reports Aaron Spelling Productions has signed Rose McGowan, 27, to replace Shannen Doherty on the WB show. NO word on what her character will be called. McGowan, who made her film debut in 1992's "Encino Man," was once engaged to shock rocker Marilyn Manson. Doherty, who was fired from Spelling's "Beverly Hills 90210," left "Charmed" at the end of the season after reportedly clashing with
co-star Alyssa Milano.
McGowan is not replacing Doherty's character, but will be playing a new character. A relative of the girls that they did not know about.
