"Baywatch" Movie

The "Baywatch" gang will be reuniting soon to do a made-for-TV movie. E! Online reports that Fox has given approval to shoot "Baywatch Blast." Some of stars from the original "Baywatch" and "Baywatch Hawaii" are slated to be in the reunion movie.
E! says those stars include: David Hasselhoff, Donna D'Errico, Carmen Electra, Gena Lee Nolin, Alexandra Paul, Nicole Eggert, Yasmine Bleeth, Traci Bingham, Michael Bergin, Jason Brooks and Stacey Kamano. "Baywatch Blast" is scheduled to start shooting in October and expected to air next February.

THAT '80S SHOW
While it probably won't be called "That '80s Show",
insiders say a new sitcom is in the works modeled
after "That '70s Show," only a decade later. The
Nashville Tennessean says to watch for the show in
2002. Fox is supposedly close to signing a deal for
13 episodes. Additionally, the paper says the new
program is not intended to be a spin-off.

Mike Vogel, an actor whose experience is limited to local theater productions in Philadelphia, will join the cast of Fox's sitcom ''Grounded For Life'' as daughter Lily's streetwise boyfriend.

Dark Angels New Time Slot

The sci-fi action series kicks off its second season on September 21, but star Jessica Alba has more to worry about than wiping the floor with evil government agents this year. She's been bumped to a new time slot, Fridays at 8 p.m. ''I don't know if the time will be a plus or a minus,'' says executive producer James Cameron (''Titanic''). ''The show owns the narrow demographic of 18 to 24 year olds, which would be most hurt at that time, but does that mean we have access to kids that might have gone to bed by 9 p.m. on a Tuesday? I don't know.''

The X-Files

E! Online reports the actress told London's Sunday Times that she's exiting "The X-Files" when her contract is up after next season. After nine years in her Emmy-winning role as straight-laced FBI agent Dana Scully, Anderson, 32, said she plans to make her London stage debut in a production next summer in London's West End.
